Terms of Service

Scope of service
Each booking is performed against a written scope confirmed before the visit. The scope is the source of truth for what is included. Work outside the confirmed scope is optional and priced separately.
Satisfaction guarantee
If a scope item we agreed to is missed, notify us within 48 hours of the visit and we will return within 24 hours at no charge. If you remain dissatisfied after the re-clean, you do not pay for the original visit. The guarantee applies only to items on the confirmed scope.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Cancellations or reschedules with 24+ hours notice carry no fee. Under 24 hours, a 50% mobilization fee applies to cover crew scheduling. No-access cancellations (locked home, no key left) carry the same mobilization fee.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless a contract specifies otherwise. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our processor (Stripe). We do not store card numbers on our servers.
Damage & claims
Our $5M comprehensive liability insurance covers damage caused by our crew during the booked service. Notify us within 48 hours of the visit with photos. Pre-existing damage is not covered.
Safe working conditions
We reserve the right to decline or pause service where the environment is unsafe (e.g. biohazards, unsecured aggressive animals, structural hazards). If we pause, we will discuss scope adjustments before continuing.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any single engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement, except where our insurance extends broader coverage or where Canadian law prohibits such limits.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are handled in Ontario courts, unless you and we have agreed in writing to a different jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms; updates apply to bookings made after the new effective date. The current version always lives at carentidy.com/terms.
