What we collect
When you submit the quote form on carentidy.com we collect your name, email address, phone number, postal code, the service you are interested in, and your preferred service frequency. We also collect any additional details you choose to include. We do not collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
We use your contact information only to respond to your quote request, confirm service scope, schedule visits, and (with your consent) follow up on the service you received. We do not sell or rent your contact information.
How we store it
Form submissions are stored in the systems we use to run the business, CRM, email, and scheduling. Access is limited to the staff who need it to fulfil your request.
Marketing communication
We only send marketing email to clients who opt in. You can unsubscribe from any marketing message at any time, and the unsubscribe is honoured immediately. Transactional email, quote confirmations, visit reminders, continues as long as you are an active client.
Analytics & cookies
This site currently uses only the cookies required for basic functionality. If we add analytics or marketing pixels in the future we will update this policy and, where applicable, present a consent banner before loading them.
Your rights (PIPEDA)
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Email info@carentidy.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Active-client records are kept for the duration of the service relationship plus seven years for tax and audit purposes. Non-converting quote-form submissions are retained for 24 months then deleted.
